If you have placed an order and would like to know its status, you should have received an email with your tracking number. Use this number on our DELIVERY TRACKING page to get shipping status and details.
You can track your order on our DELIVERY TRACKING page using the tracking number sent by email.
Your tracking number is emailed to you and will be available 2-3 days after placing your order. If you do not receive your tracking number 5 days after placing your order, contact us at Support@bomi-care.com
Simply contact us at Support@bomi-care.com with your full name and postal address, and we will send you your confirmation number.
If you need to change your order, you must contact us within 6 hours of placing the order.
We can modify:
- Your delivery details
- Your name
- Your email
- Your phone number
You must contact us within 6 hours. We cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
